HB SURVEILLANCE BV - CLIENTS

HB Bewaking BV respects the privacy of its customers, in particular their rights with regard to the automated processing of personal data. For this reason, and in the interests of complete transparency, we have formulated and implemented a policy regarding this process, its purpose, and the opportunity for data subjects to exercise their rights in the best way possible.

ARTICLE 1 — LEGAL PROVISIONS

Responsible for the processing of personal data (hereinafter also: “The Administrator”): HB Bewaking BV, established at 39 Prins Maurits Avenue, 1171 LP Badhoevedorp, Chamber of Commerce number: 5367838.

ARTICLE 2 — THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be collected by HB Bewaking BV. Personal data means: any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; "identifiable" meaning a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more elements characteristic of a person's physical, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural or social identity.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

• Name
• Gender
• Address details
• Email address(s) / phone number(s)
• Bank account number(s)
• Alarm system code
• Control room data
• Alarm alert addresses with phone numbers
• Object information with associated details

ARTICLE 3 — PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We collect your personal data for a specific reason. Your personal data is processed in the interests of:

 

• Providing a better service to you
• Maintaining a relationship with you
• Processing your orders
• Presenting offers to you
• Communicating by post, email and/or newsletters
• Marketing purposes
• In compliance with legal requirements

ARTICLE 4 — REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is registered in an (electronic) register.

ARTICLE 5 — YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 (2) (b) of the GDPR, every person has the right to access, rectify or delete his/her personal data or to limit the processing thereof, as well as the right to object to the processing thereof, which includes data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us by email. Any request to do so must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID document which has been signed by you and the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a reply to your request within 1 month of your submission. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months.

ARTICLE 6 — LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

In the event of any violation of any laws or regulations of which the data subject becomes suspect and for which the relevant authorities require the personal data collected by the Administrator, the data shall be provided to them following an explicit and reasoned request from said authorities, after which time the personal data will therefore no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this privacy statement.

ARTICLE 7 — COMMERCIAL OFFERS

You may receive commercial offers from the Administrator from time to time if you have given permission for this. If you no longer wish to receive these, please advise us by email. Your data will not be used for commercial purposes by partners of the responsible party.

ARTICLE 8 — STORAGE PERIOD OF DATA

The information collected by the Administrator is used and stored for a duration as determined by law.

ARTICLE 9 — APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions fall under Dutch law and the Courts of the Netherlands. The court of the Administrator's place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any disputes arising from these conditions, except where a legal exception applies.
